New Zealand is a breathtaking landscape, special animals, history, Maori culture, … but also a modern association with the shooting of The Lord of the Rings. To create a logo for the SPLASH conference (one conference to rule them all!) was a dream for me as a fan of elves. And so a classic and serious logo for the conference was created, but thanks to the playfulness of the organizers also a “secondary” logo for unofficial use. My precious.
